Our snowshoe hare is never late, and he likes everything settled before the fun begins. Six simple rules keep every trip effortless, for you and for us.
Paid ahead, perfectly planned
Every service is paid in advance by Venmo. The moment your payment arrives, your booking is confirmed and we get to work.
The hare never fronts the carrots
Groceries, rentals and outside vendors are paid up front, so everything is ready before you arrive. We send receipts and refund or bill any difference.
Every plan in writing
Before you pay, you'll get a short plan with what's included, the dates and the price. No surprises, except the good kind.
Big plans come in two hops
The Whole Week takes a $500 deposit to hold your dates. The balance is due on arrival.
Extras? Happy to hop on it
Want to add something mid-trip? We'll send a quick Venmo request and get started as soon as it comes through.
A little something for Big Sky
Big Sky's 4% resort tax is added to services and experiences and shown on its own line, so your total is always clear. It helps fund the community we love.
How to Pay

- Dates are held for 24 hours after we send your request.
- Cancel more than 7 days ahead for a full refund, minus any purchases already made.
- If we cancel for weather or safety, you choose a refund or a new date.
